In-App Command:Within your account dashboard, navigate to the Settings (CONFIG) section. Under the Critical: Data Management area, select the option "Initiate Purge Sequence." You will be required to provide the email address used during registration and specify the service context.
2. Verification and Validation Process
To prevent unauthorized or malicious deletion requests, we implement a multi-step verification workflow:- Request Initiation: Upon submitting a request via the app or web form, our system will verify the existence of the associated account.
- Identity Confirmation: An automated email will be sent to your registered address. This email contains a secure, time-sensitive validation link.
No data deletion will occur until this link is explicitly activated by the user.
- Processing Window: Once validated, the account enters a 72-hour processing window. During this period, the account is suspended and data is prepared for permanent removal.
- Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account once the data deletion process is complete.
3. Scope of Deletion
Upon completion of the process:- Personal Identity Data: All personally identifiable information (PII), contact details, and activity logs will be permanently purged from our active production servers.
- Irreversibility: Once the 72-hour window expires and the purge is executed, the data cannot be recovered.
4. Legal Holds and Obligations
Hades.ar reserves the right to delay or deny a deletion request under the following circumstances:- Pending Obligations:The account has outstanding financial balances or unresolved contractual obligations.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We are required to retain certain information to comply with applicable laws, financial audits, or valid requests from law enforcement and government authorities.
- Security and Fraud: Data may be retained for a limited period if necessary to investigate or prevent fraudulent activity or security breaches.
